Snacks and soft drinks will be provided, and you can bring your preferred beverage. The clubhouse will open at 4:30 and the meeting will start at 5:00pm. Please RSVP by Wednesday April 22nd by clicking the button below so we can plan for enough refreshments.
An election for the Board of Directors will be held at the Shareholders Meeting. Per the Lakewood Residents Club Bylaws, Article 7: “The business of LRC shall be managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a range of no less than 9 and no more than 12 members.” Six current Board Members are returning as their terms are not complete. We can have up to six new Board Members. Board Members elected this year will serve a 3-year term, May 2026 through April 2029.
Please vote in the Board Member Election by April 26th. Shareholders can vote one of two ways – 1) either by filling out the paper ballot posted below and returning it by mail, as a scanned email attachment, or in person at the meeting, or 2) by voting online. To vote online, each shareholder household will receive an email with a unique voter ID and key. Use the ID and key to log into the election website and cast your vote. If your household does not receive an election email, you can still vote using the paper ballot. We will be cross checking online and paper ballots and will remove duplicate votes.
