- Lower costs to rent the club - 25 free guest passes per membership year - Voting rights on club issues and the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors One-time purchase that entitles the member to the benefits listed above as long as they are a dues-paying member.

New Shareholder Transfer

Sometimes an ownership share in the Lakewood Residents Club becomes available for purchase from a shareholder that is moving. If purchasing a share from another member, a transfer fee must be paid to transfer the ownership of the share. Contact our Administrative Manager Shannon to find out if there are any member shares available.
